Returns & Exchanges

Because each Clairity item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, incorrect size, color, or model selection.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at hello@clairity.shop with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll work quickly to arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
